Syntax: sqlite_info(INT <database handle>) => MAP

This function returns a map of information about the database at <handle>. The programmer must be a wizard, or E_PERM is raised.

The returned map contains these keys: path, parse_types, parse_objects, sanitize_strings, and locks.

E_INVARG is raised if the handle is invalid.
