Showing help on 'room-sizing'
Rooms are sized in metres: x east/west, y north/south, z up/down. Size matters: it sets echo, walking time and where things fit.A room generic carries the defaults its children share: ceiling_height (usual height) and corridor_width (set only on corridor generics).
The sizing tools read them, so change one on the generic to change how its rooms get sized; a child generic overrides it (a cramped freighter: lower ceiling_height).
New rooms take their generic's size. Then use @autosize area, @autosize <room>, @corridor <length>, or @dimensions here to x y z.
Place things with @place <obj> against <dir> wall / in <corner> corner; they stay put when the room is resized. Example generic: Generic Ship Corridor #15351.
