Syntax: anon([LIST command [, value]]) => LIST

Returns anonymous-object debugging information. This function is registered only in non-NDEBUG builds and is intended for development/debugging. The programmer must be a wizard, or E_PERM is raised. With no arguments, it returns the available anonymous-object debug commands.
