quest <name>: full journal entry or local offer.
quest accept <name>: accept a local offer.
quest abandon <name>: abandon your active run.
Quest authors: $quest holds the section 5a data; $quests:check(quest) returns faults.
Custom objectives use state_<kind> or an event_<name> listener; custom rewards use reward_<kind>.
All runs and completion history live on $quests.
