Um. Why do I have this sudden desire to virtualize a bns?

I haven't been able to find anything on google about the hardware or anything, just pages about general thing like it has a word processor andbraille keyboard, blah blah blah

Does anyone know anything, and is it remotely possible to throw a virtual braille 'n speak on windows or linux?

thanks and again, why the hell am I doing this? ah well.
