These are neat, if you need a description of what these are I know, ask me. I chatted with the guy who makes them on msn for ages lol since they're all graphical and stuff
you buy as many modules as you need and it does all the resistance matching and rs232/ir controllable
so control from 1 set to 31 sets of speakers
kind of pricy, but well the alternatives are more so far
another idea is to put powered speakers for each room and use x10 to turn them on/off when you wanna do something in that room, cheaper, but yuckier
good for voice announcement but not really great for music
you have to connect the speakers with 200 ohm resisters so you don't overload the sound source
