I know how to fix streams, just not sure yet how to integrate it into the current playing sounds interface. you have to open the sound with NONBLOCKING and then play it when it's ready. Also, mute the sound while it's buffering in the middle and stuff. This means need timeout and stuff because icecast servers without source just buffer forever.

Also, for some reason I can't figure out how to change the stream buffer size. It needs to be more. system.StreamBufferSize returns a tuple, but errors if I try to make it equal a tuple or if I try to do StreamBufferSize[0] = whatever.
