Accepting a tattoo, guest logins, and phantom damage

Typing 'accept <thing>' or 'decline <thing>' now reaches the thing itself, such as a tattoo kit's offer. The group commands used to answer "No player named ... found."
Two of the four guest characters had been stuck since Sunday evening, so logging in as a guest sometimes failed with an error. Both are usable again.
Characters that had never been hurt were carrying about 240 joules of damage inherited from the player class. That damage is gone.
