Room heat and the restart sweep

Rooms with an open door to outdoors settle their temperature again. Twenty-two rooms had stopped doing so after an error and are working once more.
After a server restart, the pass that restores timed changes (plants, fires, effects, falling things, room heat) now takes about a minute and a half instead of hours.
For programmers: $str_proto and $list_proto are now children of $proto, like $map_proto, and are no longer physical objects. A list method that nothing defines now tries the built-in function of that name, as maps already did.
