Hydroponics: valves no longer shatter, troughs tell the truth, new ships get seedlings

The hydroponic feed valve used to fall off the wall and shatter the moment it was fitted; it is now bolted before it is placed. The Nova and the Bonaventure both have working valves again, so 'irrigate' works.
Trough descriptions now show how much water is really in them, rather than always saying the bed has run dry.
A newly built ship's hydroponics bay now gets fresh seedlings of each crop, instead of empty troughs. The Bonaventure has been planted, and the Nova's wilting plants have been watered back to health.
