Notes:

Event engines are engines that call verbs based on an event name. Any verb can do an event

engine = $event_engin:new() will give you an engine

:start starts the engine processing events

:bind(str eventName, OBJ object, str verbName,[ INT priority) = 99]

bind a verb to an event name

:do_event(STR eventName, {args})

put the event and args on the queue it will be executed if the engine is running

when an event is executed all it's bound verbs are called in their order of priority all verbs are called with initial args unless a verb returns a list in that case, the next verb in line gets that list as it's @args
