Turbolifts on newly built ships

Every ship built from a class used to get a turbolift with a phantom extra stop named after the ship class, and on Nova class ships the Bridge button was mislabelled Deck 1, so there were two Deck 1 buttons and no Bridge.
New ships now get lifts exactly like their class design: the same stops, in the same order, with the same names, parked where the design parks them, with a call panel at every landing.
Lifts on Nova class ships already in service have been repaired, so you can press Bridge again. The lift on Pathfinder was occupied at the time and will be repaired when it is empty.
