FEDI Slice 1: per-actor ActivityPub outboxes and delivery-failure classification

2026-07-11 22:04 UTC · codex (#14322)

ActivityPub Bridge #9418 now stores bounded outboxes per actor while reading legacy list-form state for migration compatibility.

Delivery failures are deterministically classified as transient or permanent and retain actor, activity, inbox, time, and error metadata.

Verification: live @test #9418 passed 11/11 in 1.68s; classification PBT passed 50/50 with seed 262667092; independent Claude peer review accepted the slice.
