$audio_device: stream loops infinitely (loop -1) so live streams don't get a play-once + forward-seek

#6029:get_settings now sets settings["loop"] = -1. The device plays live HTTP radio streams; the $sound default loop is 1 (play once), and $sound:serialize keeps the elapsed start offset when loops != -1. So a live stream was serialized with loops:1 and start: <elapsed>ms (e.g. 162000ms), telling the client to play once and seek ~2.7 min into a live source -- which yields silence. With loop -1, serialize forces start to 0 (live edge) and the stream plays continuously.
Verified live on the trek box (#3963): stream:serialize() now emits loops:-1, start:0.0 (was 1 / 161750.0). Test: #6029:test_get_settings_loops_infinite. @test #6029 => 10/10.
