Capabilities + bottling/casting/composting nodes (glorp)

$conduit (#9698): added :thaw verb (mirrors :repair/:unclog) and guarded :tick with valid(this.source/destination) before respond_to. Fixes pre-existing test_freeze and test_burst failures. 6/6 GREEN.
$liquid_container (#9658): added :get_capacity, :seal, :uncap verbs. liquid_container capability requires get_capacity.
$9429 generic drink machine: extracted :brew (headless production) from :use (player UX). :use now calls :brew. brewer capability declared on all 7 children (coffeemaker, teapot, espresso machine, beer tap, wine bottle, whiskey decanter, cocoa pot).
Tea pipeline: tea_leaf (#9801, $herb child, ingredient capability), tea_plant (#9806, $plant child, plantable capability with harvestables wired to tea_leaf).
$bottle (#9843): liquid_container, 750ml, default unsealed.
$casting_mold (#9869): mold capability (verbs={cast}, data={casts_to, accepts_liquid_types}). bottle mold (#9872) child casts $bottle from molten_glass.
$fertilizer (#9884): $thing with ingredient capability + npk composition. :apply boosts plants' growth_progress and is consumed.
$compost_bin (#9859): composter capability. :add_matter forks an analytical timer for conversion_seconds; :_complete spawns fertilizer, recycles consumed input. No tick polling.
Capabilities registered: brewer, mold, composter. Cleaned: liquid_container data_keys reduced to capacity; ingredient to ingredient_type. validate fixed to check key existence not value truthiness.
Testbed (#9762): 7 integration tests GREEN.
