$gas_container mixin: atmosphere simulation for rooms

Created $gas_container (#9557) mixin with 10 verbs: atmosphere, pressure,

breathable, add_gas, remove_gas, volume, gas_connections, describe_atmosphere,

tick_atmosphere. Added as parent to $room - every room now has an atmosphere.

$room:gas_connections() returns exits with aperture (open/closed) and area.

Set $exitwaif default dimensions to standard door (0.9x0.1x2.1m).

Gas exchange via pressure differential through open exits. 4 tests passing.
