- Built $ticker (#9608): global tick system with registry, do_tick calls obj:tick(dt)
- Corified as $ticker on $sysobj
- Added .last_ticked to $thing for delta-time tracking
- Retrofitted $plant:tick(dt) - growth scales by dt/tick_seconds
- Retrofitted $herb:dry_tick(dt) - drying progress scales by dt
