Mass pipeline: plant growth scales mass, herb drying reduces density, fuel = dried mass

- $plant:mass() override: scales base mass by growth stage via .stage_mass_pct

- $cannabis_plant: realistic dimensions {5,5,10} dm, density 0.02 (5kg mature)

- $herb: added .fresh_density (0.5) and .dry_density (0.15) properties

- $herb:on_fresh/on_wilting: interpolate density as herb dries, mass drops naturally

- $herb:on_enter_smokable: sets fuel = dried mass (mass-based, not abstract units)

- $herb:initialize: fuel from mass, dose_size 0.0005 kg (0.5g per hit)

- Cannabis bud dimensions {0.2,0.2,0.4}: 8g fresh -> 2.4g dried -> ~5 hits

- Updated herb tests for mass-based system (6/6 pass)

- Fixed $cannabis_plant.harvestables to reference #9487 ($herb child)
