Planter $liquid_container retrofit

$planter now inherits from $liquid_container. Soil moisture is derived from liquid volume via :get_moisture() duck-typed verb. Updated $plant to use respond_to/get_moisture instead of direct .soil_moisture property access. All verbs updated: tick drains via pour_out, water/fill_from/water_self use pour_in with $liquid waifs. Planter 3/3, plant 9/9 tests pass. One live planter (#9524) verified compatible.
