Fix objects blocking their own path in travel_to/find_path

Added optional exclude parameter to find_path and travel_to.

interact_with now passes the target object as exclude so destination objects don't block pathfinding to themselves.

Fixes *bugs #23: "put summary in trashcan" -> "You can't get there -- a trashcan is in the way."
