Plant lifecycle refactor: overridable verbs, seed propagation, fruiting plant pattern

Refactored $plant (#9636) with 7 overridable lifecycle verbs: can_harvest, on_harvest, on_mature, on_tick_mature, on_tick_seed, seed_name, make_seed. Tick and harvest delegate to these hooks so subclasses define different lifecycles (herbs, fruiting, annuals, etc). Seeds produced on harvest, auto-sprout in planters. Created $tomato_plant (#9554) as fruiting plant proof. Fixed descriptions for stage 0. Recreated $cannabis_plant (#9481). 9 tests passing.
