Updated $herb burn messages from mechanical defaults to atmospheric flavor text

Replaced all five burn_*_msg properties on $herb (#9476) with immersive descriptions:

- burn_low_msg: "A thin trail of smoke wisps up from %t as the cherry fades."

- burn_out_msg: "The last ember in %t winks out, leaving only ash."

- burn_ember_msg: "The cherry on %t glows softly, a curl of smoke rising."

- burn_start_msg: "The herb catches, a fragrant wisp of smoke curling upward."

- burn_steady_msg: "A steady ribbon of aromatic smoke rises from %t."
