Wind-up clock with spring tension (0.0-1.0) that drains per tick

Time system using server time() + offset

Chime system (hourly/half/quarter configurable)

Dynamic description showing time and wind state

Breakable integration with on_break

Known bug: parser doesn't match "wind clock" - works programmatically
