Built $herb as child of $combustible. Verbs: initialize, consume_dose, apply_effects.

Properties: .effects (name->duration map), .doses, .dose_size, .intensity, .flavor_msg, .effect_msg.

Fixed map iteration bug (use mapkeys() not for-in on maps). 3/3 tests pass.
