Generic Lamp (#9440) - new generic with $combustible composition

Created Generic Lamp (#9440) as child of $thing with combustible composition.

Lamp HAS a $combustible wick - delegates light/extinguish/fill to wick's do_* methods.

Added .container property to $combustible (#1958) for composition permission model.

Updated do_light, do_extinguish, do_add_fuel perm checks to allow container delegation.

Dynamic description shows flame/dark/low fuel/empty states based on wick.

4 tests pass: initialize, light, description, fill.
