$livekit: Refactor _twirp_post to use #364 instead of bypassing it

_twirp_post now uses this:post() instead of calling session:request() directly.

Possible because #364 headers:merge fix lets custom headers override auth_headers.

Removed redundant Content-Type and URL construction - #364 handles both.
