BookWyrm/ActivityPub interop + generic feature storage

New objects:

- #9409 Generic ActivityPub Client (child of #364): fetch, webfinger, resolve_actor, fetch_outbox verbs. Speaks ActivityPub JSON-LD and WebFinger.

- #9412 Generic BookWyrm Client (child of #9409): get_book, get_author, get_shelf, get_user, search_books, format_book. Works with any BookWyrm instance.

- #9415 BookWyrm feature object (child of #74): @bookwyrm, @book, @books, read bookshelf commands. Players @addfeature #9415 to use.

Generic feature storage (#74):

- Added player_data property (map) to generic feature object

- New verbs: get_data, set_data, clear_data

- feature_remove now auto-cleans player data

- Per-player data stored on feature object, not on player objects

- Lazy creation: no data allocated until first use

- All feature objects inherit this automatically
