inflate_all improvements: smarter inheritance skip and AI result caching
- inflate_all now skips ANY object that inherits dims from a parent with good dims (removed name-match requirement)
- Added cache keyed on {title, parent} so duplicate objects (e.g. 20+ security cameras) only need one AI call
- Removed {0.1, 0.1, 0.1} from needs_dimensions defaults since it's now $thing's intentional size
- Fixed needs_dimensions and its test to reflect new $thing default
