Implemented travel_to system on $gpo for smooth object movement

Added 7 travel_* properties and 4 verbs to $gpo: travel_to(), interpolated_coordinates(), stop_travel(), arrive(). Objects can now travel along pathfinding routes with time-based interpolation. The system uses $spatial_room:find_path() for obstacle avoidance and forks a task for arrival callback. Added $test_runner:assert_near_equal for float comparisons. 5 tests added, all passing.
