Exit position descriptions and timing fix

$spatial_room:viewer_position_msg - Shows "at the [direction] exit" when standing at an exit's coordinates, instead of "against the [direction] wall".

$exitwaif::move - Coordinates now set BEFORE moveto so enterfunc/look sees correct position immediately on arrival.
