Added docstrings to 12 verbs in $english:

- is_direction_name, opposite_direction

- _noun_singular, _noun_plural

- _verb_singular/_verb_plural

- selector_words, selector_word_default

- init_for_core, nominate_for_core

- _matchsel_everyone_else, _matchsel_everyone_but_*

These now show documentation with `help $english`.
