Spatial room integration with integrate_room_msg

$spatial_utils:format_cluster now calls integrate_room_msg on single objects and appends position. Fixed variable name collision (OBJ vs obj) in format_cluster and describe_layout. $spatial_utils:describe_layout_for now passes objects to describe_layout. Added $spatial_room:ok_to_integrate to bypass integration for positioned objects so spatial system handles them with position info. Result: "Q is sitting on a toilet against the north wall."
