us_suspend

Added:

I created a verb on myself named us_suspend

Notes:

This is less processor intensive than the heart because instead of using a while loop it suspends what it can and uses a while loop for the rest

anyway, if someone wants to copy this verb somewhere you could use subsecond suspends in your code, it returns how long it took to suspend, which may or maybe not useful
