$httpd refactor and bug fix

Refactored $httpd:handle_request for cleaner code:

- Added status_internal_error, status_unsupported_method verbs

- Added format_traceback_html to extract traceback->HTML conversion

- Added wrap_response to extract header-wrapping logic

- Added dispatch_request as unified handler for GET/HEAD/POST

- Simplified GET/HEAD from 26 to 4 lines

- Simplified POST from 20 to 4 lines

- Fixed pre-existing bug in match_object: was checking for "GET" verb

instead of "http_request", breaking /~player URLs
