Added verb documentation to multiple utility objects

Added doc strings to verbs on the following utilities:

- #3050 number_utils: inches_to_str, seconds_to_years, pounds_to_str, energy_to_str, round_to_int, get_feet_str

- #3027 name_utils: find_name_flag, remove_name_flag, find_pronomial_equivalent, collapse_to_string

- #2478 Logger: log, DEBUG/INFO/WARN/ERROR/FATAL, filter, broadcast, exception

- #3841 Git Utilities: init/checkout/clone/pull/branch/log

- #3889 Glob: glob

- #6294 UUID Utils: v4

- #4270 TOTP: enroll, generate_TOTP, b32_encode, hex2dec

- #6598 Markdown: blockquote

- #5895 AI Utils: verb_to_tool

Also improved $utils:help_msg to avoid duplicating verb names when doc starts with colon.
