$object_utils:is_clean(object) returns 1 if the object doesn't have anything special set on it.

Similar logic to #52:tomap, get the things that are unique and that we care about. If there are unique attributes, return a map of them. If not, return 1, it's clean and not a very interesting object.
Use case ideas: @kids-unique, @kids with verbs, @kids with properties. Though I think for now @-kids-fertile is the most useful.
