Added:

make useof toast stunt's ability to find first available invalid obj num and recreate function to allow us to ditch $garbage objects.

Please let me know if there are errors. $recycle:_recycle should use the $bin and after $bin turn into invalid

$recycler:_create and create() should create objects using old invalid numbers and when those are used up, create a new obj num max_obj+1.
