$time_utils:date_picker()

Added:

$time_utils:date_picker()

Notes:

Accepts no args. Returns the date as returned by time() after the player is presented with a date picking wizard. Needs beautifucation and bullet proofing, but seems to work properly. If a player enters say, 11:20AM Hawaiian time the function would return 22:20which is the time of the server when it's that time hawaiian. This way date calculations will work properly.
