Server alternate port

New: Added a bit of code to $sysobj:server_started to allow for the server to listen on an alternate port. Also added $network.alternate_port to keep it nice and happy.

Removed: Nothing.
Notes: This is mainly because I'm at school and need port 81, it could be modified if you guys think. Maybe a list?
