Changed:

All weather is now run through the $weather service. No more rooms deciding when they'll update, not updating, etc.

Same with snow deciding when to melt.

Removed:

Couple've no-longer needed properties on $weather_room and $snow as they're handled on $weather.

Notes:

This is quite extremely useful and good.
