julian date

Added:

$time_utils:jdate and jdate_to_unix

Notes:

:jdate([time]) returns the julian date current time is default

jdate_to_unix(jdate) returns the unix date from a julian date, default returns current time.

this is the number of days since 4713 bc, when all cycles in the julian calendar are at 1, so, january first, 4713.
