Water flows from room to room

Water now runs between rooms. When a room's water stands higher than the sill of an open doorway, it pours through into the next room until the two levels meet, faster through a wide door and with more water behind it. Closed doors hold it back, water spills down a down exit into the room below, and a room that sits tilted holds deeper water on its low side.
So an overflowing bath or a burst pipe can flood the hall outside, and rain standing on the ground runs off into a lower river or pond.
Rooms keep their water where their builders put it: a sunken court or river bed sits lower than the dry rooms around it, so its surface stays level with them until more water arrives.
Builders: set a room's floor height with its floor_elevation_m property (in metres; negative means sunk below its neighbours). A room's floor carrier with held_depth_m above zero is a spring or reservoir that keeps its level however much runs away.
