Lamps: @setup works again

@setup <lamp> configures a lamp you own. It failed with a permission error on almost every lamp; now it works, and asks just two things: the lamp's brightness, and whether it is hidden from the room's list of contents. Leave an answer blank to keep the current setting. The old questions about a switch verb and switch name were dropped, because nothing used those answers.
