The Arcadeum: a host who knows the games, and seats that work like consoles

The Arcadeum now has a host. Vega, a hologram in a silver tuxedo, stands by the directory kiosk on the Grand Concourse. Ask her what to play ('-vega there are four of us, something quick?'), how a game works, or who has been winning. She checks the real tables, rules and scoreboard before she answers, and tells you the commands to use.
Game tables now work like consoles. When you sit down, your line in the room says you are playing (or waiting at, or sitting at) that game, and leaving the room or walking away from the table gives up your seat. 'join <game>' walks you up to the table first. 'remove bot from <game>' or 'remove bots from <game>' sends computer players away when no game is in play. 'play <game>' still starts at once with computer players in the empty seats.
