Builders: curtains you can open and close

Builders can now make real curtains with @create $curtain named NAME. People open them with OPEN or PART and close them with CLOSE, SHUT or DRAW. Each action has its own message and sound, and the room description and the curtain's own description follow whether it is open or closed.
Set open_msg, close_msg, open_integration_msg, closed_integration_msg, open_desc_msg and closed_desc_msg on your curtain to fit the scene, and bolt it so nobody walks off with it. The stage curtain in At Wit's End is an example. A curtain is cloth, so the usual cloth commands work on it too.
