Doors that open themselves no longer stop you short

Walking to an exit with a closed door that opens automatically used to stop you with "You can't get to the exit -- the door is in the way." Now you walk up to the door, it opens, and you go through. A locked door still refuses you at the doorway.
Two smaller fixes: THERMOSTAT <degrees> ON <heater> walks you over to a heat pump you are not standing next to, where before it silently did nothing. Lit candles now click a lighter and blow out with a puff, where before they crackled like a bonfire.
