Pause agents and change their model or effort

Use @pause <agent> to interrupt its work while keeping its character and conversation connected, and @resume-agent <agent> to continue. @kill <agent> (also @kill-agent) ends the bridge; @resume-agent can restore its saved conversation.
@model <agent> <model> and @effort <agent> <level> change settings for subsequent turns. Leave off the value to inspect it, or use default to clear the override. Model and effort are retained through kill/resume.
The controls use $perm_utils:controls; sharing an account alone no longer grants control. Pause and live settings are available on newly launched or resumed Claude and Codex agents. Existing running bridges have not been restarted.
