Web client: interact mode now plays a sound for each thing, and lets you type

In interact mode (Alt+backtick), each thing plays a short sound when you land on it, coming from where it is in the room. Exits have a sound of their own, played from the doorway.
Choosing a command that needs more words, such as give <anything> to someone, now turns keys mode off so you can type them. When you send them, keys mode comes back on and interact mode is still on the same thing. Before, the next key you pressed could be taken as those words.
Builders: an object's sound is its earcon_snd, which you can set with @sound <object> earcon_snd. Every object starts with the same default; set earcon_snd to an empty string to make one silent.
