Outdoors, you notice when the weather changes

When you are outdoors you now hear about real changes in the weather as they happen: "Rain begins to fall.", "The wind picks up, stirring the air around you.", "The sky darkens as a thunderstorm blows in.", a sharp warm-up or cool-down, and so on. Notices come at most once every ten minutes, and indoor rooms stay quiet.
Rain and wind also sound like rain and wind now. They had been playing a forest recording and a starship bridge. Rooms pick up the corrected sounds the next time their weather refreshes, which can take up to an hour.
