You get sweaty and dirty now, and washing really cleans you

Your character now sweats and gets dirty. You sweat a little all the time, more when you walk, run or fight, and more in hot rooms. Sweat soaks into whatever you are wearing first, and what stays on your skin slowly dries, leaving salt behind. Rain, a liquid poured over you, mud on bare feet and your own blood land on your clothes or, where you are uncovered, on your skin.
Other people notice. Looking at someone describes dirt or sweat on their bare skin, for example "His face and his left foot are streaked with grime."; skin under clothing stays hidden. Someone who has gone unwashed adds a stale smell to the room, and sniffing them describes it alongside any smell they have written for themselves.
To clean up, type wash hands in sink or wash face in sink, use shower for a full rinse (it runs for a minute; use it again to stop early), and dry me with towel afterwards. Soap beside the basin cleans better than plain water. What washes off goes down the drain; it is not deleted.
Limits for now: a sink or shower only works where it is connected to real water, which today means the bathroom in Q's house. Elsewhere it says it is dry, including ship washrooms, which stay dry until ships can take on water at port. Sonic showers need ship power. Everyone sweats like a human for now; dogs, robots and other bodies don't differ yet.
